I’m Jazmar,

Founder and Fulfillment Partner at Thankful Sweets, LLC. Learning about what we do is simple. I’m the primary contact for order inquires, public relations, and customer service. I do work with other support staff that contribute in various ways to help Thankful Sweets continue to run smoothly. We are a small business operating in Detroit, Michigan. Above all, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience. 

Our approach to customer service is simple.  The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of our engagement. To do this, we work directly with our customers to identify their needs and wants. Most importantly, we keep in mind their event, those involved, and the special memories they want their guests to remember. We do this successfully by ensuring our responses answer our customer’s needs or by offering alternatives. Our focus is to be friendly and helpful.

I created Thankful Sweets in 2017 with the idea of satisfying a need. Sweet and Savory gourmet popcorn is not new to our market. However, there is definitely a need within the market of special events and custom favors that we can contribute to. Our online presence allows us to deliver throughout the United States. We use USPS as our Shipping partner.

Our primary shopping platform is Etsy.com. In 2018, we created and designed our own website (www.thankfulsweets.com).  As our sales grew, so did our products. In 2019, we began offering lip balm with custom labeling. In 2020, we also included greeting cards.
