Shipping
Your order is shipped within 1-3 days after your order is placed or at the time indicated for event dates. All orders are cooked fresh and shipped immediately using USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. I will never delay an order purposely. Although the USPS provides estimated timelines (Express Delivery is 1 to 2 days guaranteed or your money back), sometimes orders arrive later than expected.
Orders that require to be delivered for a specific day will be shipped a week in advance. This is to ensure the order arrives timely. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed by Thankful Sweets. Once the order has been dropped off at the USPS, the package will be delivered based on their timeframes. Some orders have been delayed by USPS.
Thankful Sweets will not consider refunding ANY orders until after THREE (3) weeks have passed. Once your order ships, it is within the responsibility of USPS to deliver. We are not responsible for what occurs to shipments while in the possession of the USPS. This is why I make it a point to ship our packages over 16 oz via Priority Mail. Each Priority Mail shipment is insured up to $100. Returns
All orders are custom, fresh and perishable. Therefore, we cannot accept returns. Orders that return undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping. For that reason, the fee is equal to the original shipping costs.
