TERMS & CONDITIONS
Access to and use of Thankful Sweets, LLC’s (herein may be referred to as “we” & “us”) products and website are subject to these terms & conditions (herein referred to as “Terms”) and all relevant laws. By accessing any areas of our site, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms. If we revise these terms, we will update the site accordingly. Visitors and Customers that use our site following any change reflects their agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may also edit, revise, move/delete portions of, or add to the site from time to time without notice.
PRODUCTS
Our products are sweet treats and gifts to include gourmet popcorn, custom labels, greeting cards and lip balm. Every product we offer are made by Thankful Sweets, LLC and shipped directly to the customer.
Thankful Sweets, LLC provides custom orders as preferred by the customer. We agree to produce a mock-up of custom labels within 24-48 hours of the request. Customers are allowed edits and we will make changes and correct errors as suggested. The Customer is responsible for effort in proofing the mock-ups submitted by Thankful Sweets, LLC. Acceptance of the mock-up relies solely on the Customer. All change requests must be made in writing. Failure to respond to our mock-up approval requests will halt your order. We will make every effort to ensure satisfaction of the products we create.
REFUNDS
The Customer is only able to request a refund two weeks before the event date. Orders placed for immediate delivery can only be canceled if the order was made in error. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
TESTIMONIALS
Testimonials you submit are reviewed before being published on the site. Thankful Sweets, LLC reserves the right to edit and modify your testimony to correct grammatical or typing errors.
USE OF SITE
By using our site, you agree that Thankful Sweets, LLC for any reason, not be liable to you or any other party for any indirect, direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, or any other damages, however, caused, and regardless of character. The visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Thankful Sweets, LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs & expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney fees), resulting from the use of our site.
We make no guarantee that the contents of the site are error-free nor that the site will operate in a manner that is secure (unless otherwise indicated), uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful code beyond control. Thankful Sweets, LLC is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind nor any issues resulting from the same.
Due to the inherent differences between computers and printers, you may find issues with documents printing correctly. This could be due to several factors; the font, margins, page defaults, the type of printer, the software or settings. These issues, however, can be attributed to defaults and settings imposed on the document by your printer. We will take every step to ensure your satisfaction. However, some issues are beyond our control and require the Customer to make adjustments on their end.
If any portion of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or the enforceability of the Terms that remain.
