WATERCOLOR WALL CALENDAR| HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the type of Calendar you would like: Only add Photos or Photos, dates, and quotes
2. We’ll reach out via Etsy messenger with instructions on how to upload your photos and finalize any design choices.
3. Once your design is ready, you’ll receive a mock-up to review before printing. Approving the proof promptly ensures quicker delivery.

A Mock-up will be sent within 24-72 hours of purchase

MATERIAL & PACKAGING:

– Calendars are Printed on premium, glossy, cardstock.
– Bag measures 8 inches in length and 11.5 inches in width.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING/USPS

Your order is shipped within 1-3 days after your order is placed or at the time indicated upon ordering. All orders are prepared and shipped using USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, USPS Express, FedEx, or UPS Ground. Although the Shipping providers provide estimated timelines, sometimes orders arrive later than expected. Please plan ahead for possible delays.

Thankful Sweets will not consider refunding ANY orders until after THREE (3) weeks have passed. Once your order ships, it is within the responsibility of the delivery provider to deliver. We are not responsible for what occurs to shipments while in the possession of the delivery provider. For Priority Mail shipments, they are ensured up to $100. If a package arrives damaged, I encourage you to make a claim with the USPS immediately to claim any or all costs lost via the delivery.
